Description
Nicknamed the Herbal Rescue Remedy, Smooth Transitions supports the experience of transition during labor through the use of herbal nervines which serve as nerve and muscle food. This “food” helps to raise the pain threshold and modulate emotions through calming and centering, raising endorphin levels, and decreasing hypersensitivity to touch. As this remedy is not a sedative, it can be used liberally both during labor and throughout daily life when experiencing emotional or stressful times, such as emotional trauma, stress, and frenetic feelings.
This formula is recommended to be used under practitioner supervision.
To Use: 1/2 tsp in water or under tongue. Repeat in 5-10 minutes if needed for desired effect.
Ingredients: Organic Motherwort aerials (Leonurus cardiaca), Organic Milky Oat tops (Avena sativa), Scullcap aerials (Scutellaria lateriflora), Palm Glycerine, and Rocky Mountain artesian spring water.
