This is great for healing mom’s tissues and baby’s cord, reducing perineal swelling, healing perineal tears, relaxation, and mother and baby bonding after birth. For many moms this is one of their most favorite products for use afterbirth because the aroma produced by the brewed herbs can enhance the first memories between moms and their newborn baby.

All- Natural Ingredients:
- Comfrey Leaf
- German Chamomile Flowers
- Lavender Flowers
- Uva Ursi Leaves
- Shepherd’s Purse
- Yarrow
- St. John’s Wort
- Sage
- Echinacea Purpurea Root
- Sea Salt
Choose between a 5.5″ x 9″ decorative organza mesh bag or a 100% cotton bag which is used for easy infusion of herbs into bath water. (Orders by default will ship with the organza bag)

Bathtub Use:
Add 2 oz. (or about a Cup) of herbs mixture into mesh bag and pull drawstrings to close bag. Add mesh bag to 2 quarts of water and slow simmer for about 30 minutes. Add herb infused water to tub. Mom and Baby should soak for 15-20 minutes to allow healing to cord and perineum. Do not over-dilute in full bathtub.
Sitz Bath Tub Basin Use:
Add 1 oz. (or about a 1/2 Cup) of herbs mixture into mesh bag and pull drawstrings to close bag. Pour 1 cup boiling water over mesh bag and let the herbs steep for about 30 minutes. Mix with 3 quarts warm water and use as per sitz bath basin instructions to soak your perineum in. Soaking for 15 to 20 minutes is recommended for best healing.

I love this stuff! The smell alone is amazing! I have personally used this specific herbal bath after all 4 of my births. Soaking in the herbal bath was so relaxing after giving birth and it helped so much with my postpartum healing. Great for soothing a swollen perineum.
