1. Select all the items you want included and adjust the quantities
2. Click Add to cart.
3. Click Proceed to checkout.
4. Click Continue.
5. Don’t worry about choosing a shipping option as this is just a list you are sending us and the order is not actually being charged or shipped. DO NOT enter your card info! (Unless you actually want to actually place the order, charge your card, and have the items shipped!) Instead… Select the pay by check option ( This option will not charge you and the items will not be shipped).
