Electrolytes help restore fluid balance and help with mild dehydration. If someone has been vomiting, working out, or out in hot weather, our simple powder can help! Most store-bought electrolyte powders and drinks have artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives that can be rough on sensitive stomachs (and unhealthy in general). This product has just three simple, pure ingredients. It’s rich in natural potassium, sodium, healthy sugars, and trace minerals. Add it to water with a squeeze of lemon, or add to your favorite juice. It’s excellent with other types of freshly-squeezed juices, too!

12 g sugar
294 mg sodium
86 mg potassium

Usage:

Add 1 tsp. to an 8-oz. drink of your choice.
